About

Our Story

We were established in 1948 by William Satterwhite, a Lamesa farmer who stepped up when the local cotton delinter closed and took it on himself to replace it. He wanted to make it possible for locals to obtain their cotton without need for travel to nearby cities. He started out with only one building to work in, then slowly expanded the campus to have multiple warehouses and employees. With his goal quickly becoming a reality, he decided he wanted the delinter to become a family owned business that valued community and hard work.

Our current owner, Vicki Vaszauskas, granddaughter to William, took over in 2008. Today, we keep the same values William once had, and maintain strong relationships with farmers all over multiple counties, states and countries. Our employees work hard and strive to give our customers the best service possible.
